I'm just writing to thank all the staff at horizon new lynn for being very helpful and friendly. I was really having a tough time with my injury and the staff there were so helpful and put my mind at easy that I would be able to make a full recovery. The receptionist and sonographer were very welcoming and I would recommend horizon new lynn to all my friends and family.

β β β β β 3 times they changed my appointment. First the sonographer was sick then they said they had double booked me that I have to come 60mins later only to find out I didn't have an appointment 60mins later. After giving me the run around I went to Avondale Radiology and got seen the very next day, with no run arounds. I would NEVER come back here again

β β β β β I would give this place 0 stars out of 5. Extremely poor communication, saying they will book the appointment but after calling the day before they said the booking "did not exist". Had to run around last minute to find a new appointment. Recommend booking with Auckland Radiology as they know what customer service is!

β β β β β Love the rude blonde receptionist with permnant RBF. Really went out of her way both times we got confirmed then cancelled to be as unhelpful as possible. No worries another morning taken off work. Really attributed to this spcecal time. Love last minute bookings, at least we got Auckland Radiology who booked us in, with not an issue. So I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Horizon for absolutely nothing.

β β β β β I see another reviewer described the receptionist as nice...he must be talking about a different one because the one I encountered was not.
I felt like I was not welcome there at all, not even a hint of a smile.
a customer should never leave a place feeling yuck, because the receptionist made them feel that way. Dear receptionist with the long blonde hair, smile, it won't break your face, and I will remember in the future never to go to Horizon Radiology

β β β β β Booked a 12 week scan two weeks in advance then got a call 3 days before saying theyβre not open that day now can I reschedule in March. Ok bro Iβll just reschedule a pregnancy. Already taken time off and everything. Read all the other reviews amd donβt book with these cowboys even if youβre desperate

β β β β β Very Bad precautionary action. Even Govt is allowing 100 fully vaccinated people inside but here saying NO SUPPORT PERSON. ONLY PATIENT. You should understand the feeling as it's always been good feeling for parents to see the live scanning. But you guys never understand that.
Very very disappointed.
