★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed with the male sonographer , he was done my 12week scan then he dnt even explain and send me for Antomy test . That was okk . But now when i go for my 32weeks scan same person done that in just 13mins , he dnt show me baby's movemnts , baby's face nothing .seems like he was in rush , and when am asked him that everything is fine he said yeah but maybe you have to go for another scan , he dnt even explain me anything i was really stressful for me . If you want extra money ,that ask why you confusing the people . Not good at all. I rqst to evryone if you want to go for scan in sylvia park dnt book with male sonographer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with this place. I came here with my 2 previous pregnancies and found them to be great, however I came here a few weeks ago for my dating scan for my third baby (I was 6 weeks at the time) I found the sonographer to be very rude and unprofessional. She literally had the technology on my tummy for no more than 2 minutes and told me it was too early and I had to rebook - when I said this was my third baby she snickered. Felt very rushed, there was no other people in the room, waste of time and money, would NEVER go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place, disgusting receptionists and disgusting person who did my ultrasound. Do not get your ultrasound done here!!! They are extremely rude and argumentative and don't like being called out for their rude manner. Unprofessional and have a disgusting way of treating pregnant women. I was very cautious about coming here after all the bad reviews but it is very true!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly slow customer service. I asked one question on how much do they charge for a scan via online chatbox on their website. It took them 5 days to reply. Then I requested online booking. Did not receive any confirmation email. The webpage only says one of our staff will be in touch to confirm. After another at least 5 days someone called and asked if I still need a scan on the day that I was requested to have the scan……What a wonderful service. I am glad I didn’t do my scan there after reading many terrible reviews on Google. Just to add that I called so many times trying to book via phone, nobody answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for my 12 week nuchal scan on the 22/12/21. I had an Asian sonograher who was not friendly or welcoming at all for what was my first ever scan for my 1st baby. She told me that 12 week scans are the “least favourite” scans that she does and kept getting defensive if I would make a comment about my journey. I said I urinate quite frequently (in reply to her saying I have a full bladder for the scan) and she then jumped at me to say that it’s normal implying being I’m negative or overthinking things which I wasn’t. Overall feel she needs to do more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my scan , had 2 miscarriages so wanted my husband to be with me because I was so nervous . However, the receptionist just asked my husband to wait outside and said these are the rules and no support person is allowed.Went in for my scan , the sonographer did everything in a rush , she was rushing to explain everything and said no surprises only 1 baby , so I said it would have been nice to have twins . Her statement was not on a Friday , I’m getting late . Although it was a joke but figured out she’s rushing. So I asked her if my husband can accompany me . She said government has made the rules so you can refer to them as millions are complying and complaining .She blames the government when a support person is actually allowed in phase 3. I said to her even for high risk pregnancy she said yes. So apparently horizon radiology makes the rules. Experience was horrible because I couldn’t enjoy the moment at all . Both the receptionist and the sonographer has no pride in accommodating their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience yesterday with Horizon Radiology Sylvia Park yesterday.
Receptionist was lovely and I appreciated that she was following through the strict policy. A couple came in, the support person had his vaccine pass but forgot his ID, so she asked him to grab his ID so that he could join the patient in her scan.
This is my second pregnancy and so far Sherry had been the best Sonographer that I have had experienced, she was very lovely and had explained the anatomy of the baby to me and my husband properly. Previous sonographers I had never bothered to do that and I even experienced a rude one before.
We really had a wonderful experience with Sherry yesterday and my husband even commented that she must have loved her job because it showed on how she treated us and how she delivered the service.
I have a follow-up appointment with her and will try to get my next appointments with her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner booked us in for our first baby scan here. At the time of booking we were in orange light, over the weekend we moved to red light and they had changed the rule so I could no longer go in for the scan but they failed to notify us of this change. 1/5 took the morning off work but ended up missing the first baby scan. Don't understand why you can't have an extra vaccinated person in the room when rules allow capacities for more people at this level. But apparently the lady doing the scan was very lovely so will give an extra star.
