β β β β β Went here when the family was visiting the place was quiet just one other customer. They had run out of bacon and pancakes and corn chips for nachos. Asked if they could do a nachos without meat but they said it would just be sauce cheese and chips. Eventually settled on a bowl of fries for me, nachos for my sister and big breakfast for my husband. My sisters nachos were soggy from microwaved mince and my fries were put in the oil while it was cold and they were oily and dark. Our drink order was messed up and wrong. We waited 45 minutes for a disappointing breakfast I had to return the fries because the smell and taste was disgusting and I wasn't going to risk throwing it back up due to being pregnant. Unlikely to return. If you can't handle the stress hire more people there were only 2 of you and the lady went out to buy more corn chips.

β β β β β I went at 10am today. There was one other couple there. I paid $7.30 for a pie and a small long black. The pie was lukewarm and the coffee was about half full, about 100 to 125ml, maybe less. The cup was literally filled less than halfway for $3.50. I thought I'd at least get a full cup of coffee. The cups are small as it is. I had to get another coffee from somewhere else. There was condensation on the lower half of the display fridge glass with the cakes in it and couldnt read the labels. The one guy working was stressed but it was an empty place except me and the couple. I definitely won't be going back. Don't waste your money.

β β β β β Went to this place because it was rated 4 stars - not bad, but for a place with βcoffeeβ in the name the $4.80 coffee was a 4 out of 10, tasted stale. Free muffin that came with it pretty tasteless and stale also. A good place to go if youβre in a rush or donβt drink coffee for the taste, but not a place for a relaxing and enjoying a quality morning coffee.

β β β β β Owner seemed like a really friendly guy - coffee was great - good balance of creamy and strong. I ordered large - be warned it actually is a large volume, unlike some other places.

β β β β β Dropped in here after a walk around the basin. Lovely friendly couple behind the counter. Bacon eggs bennie for me and creamy mushrooms for her. Both very very happy with our meals generous portions for the price. Excellent coffee. Have been looking for a go to cafe for good affordable hearty fare since Bridge-It cafe closed and now we've found it.
Edit....visited again next day with the kids ???
Poached eggs perfectly cooked.
