★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, enormous cinema with reclining seats for added comfort. Was a shame that the seats were worn and didn't actually recline much at all, the foot rest lifted a little but that's it. Still comfortable though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delux was alright, food was satisfactory, service was to be expected. Would have been 5 stars but during the movie we could hear the staff enjoying their downtime while we were watching the movie.
Close the door while customers are watching movies and that would fix this problem. Other than that it was worth the $38-$39

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cinemas are fine. Nice chairs and plenty of room. My only gripe is the price of the snacks. Masehare!!!
The prices are way too high. No wonder people take their own food in. Besides for that it was a nice evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw "Lost in the City", by myself. Great movie. But the dramatic effect of being really loud is certainly not good for people's eardrums. Wouldn't surprise me if people were having hearing problems from the noise. Doesn't need to be that loud cinema manager. Turn it down. It comes as noise pollution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The recliner seat was comfortable. I did think the sound was a bit too loud though I prefer to go to Hoyts Botany as the theatre is always clean. Different entries to the theatre gives closer parking options. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful however, the air con is either too warm or non existent in the cinemas, so it was warm and muggy in there. Like turn on the air con guys, these are leather seats and it's getting sticky, please get your staff to check the temperature in the cinemas, it's too muggy esp since it's summer. Also my husband said the men's toilet was dirty, please check your toilets. Lastly there's a blonde girl who works there, she checked our ticket stubs, she seemed busy but at least sound more welcoming when we've been standing there waiting for you to come and let us through to our cinema, instead she had a unwelcoming tone when she rushed over and said "tickets please" next time try saying "hey guys, thanks for waiting, can I see your tickets please". I have a feeling she's in a senior role but if she's the level y'all operate by then it isn't very good. Also lastly, the last time we came here, the popcorn was low and the girl serving us gave us the leftover crusty popcorn which was mainly seeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okish experience. Very less space between the recliner rows. Everyone in the row has to pull the recliner backward if you want to go out in between the movie.. Dnt know how this was not considered during designing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere to be in and amongst. The food same as you would expect. The drinks also the same. The theatre was cleaned prior and they did a great job.
The Seats in the theatre were very spacious and big. They are reclining seats so felt so good to be relaxed. The air conditioning was just right. Great job Hoyts Botany.
