★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today my parents went to buy my birthday gift which was a apple series 7 watch Nike edition, and was approached by a salesperson and when they asked him than do you have any he stated that it does not come in series 7 and said Apple Watch SE is the best thing … I rang PB tech and asked them do you have any they said yes and we bought it from there …. Bottom line is that they lie to get a sale and my parents which they don’t know any better would have bought it if I didn’t tell them that they are being lied to , what a poor service just to get a sale such a big company lies to their customers wouldn’t recommend never to shop there's

Manager is not even ready to talk and discuss as one of the staff said, he doesn’t like coming out much of his office.
Poor customer service experience as a whole.
Not coming back to these arrogant people again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a camera from here after Christmas and it took almost an hour to get customer service. The guys at the shop constantly ignored me even though I had a baby in my arms. I would not buy from this specific shop ever again. Genuinely disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the store but some of the staff are arrogant and argumentative. I went in purposely to buy a product which I saw was on special on the website. The entire line of this product was reduced. When I arrived at the store there were no indications that the product was on special. When I asked at the checkout and showed the price on my phone, the answer came back that some customers rip the specials tags off the shelf. I really don't care for the improbable excuse, I just cared that the product wasn't displayed correctly.
I did point out the unlikelihood of all of the tags being removed and that it was more likely they'd never been put up. The response was to walk away leaving an embarrassed colleague to check me out - after confirming the price.
How about next time just acknowledge comments and move on rather than make untrue justifications and excuses?
