I ruptured my ac joint in my shoulder and was told it would take at least 6 weeks to get back to be able to do what I was and even then Iβd need lots of strengthening and work. 2 weeks in I got a shoulder guard and never looked back! I returned to my surgeon 6 weeks later and he was amazed, I was strong with minimal pain and full range of motion. Which is rare to have pain free. I now have a full range of Incrediwear! Head to toe, seriously the best wearable anti inflammatory you can come by. Panadol no more!
