★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said to say! We have been done in with money 5 or 6 times at this store. Not sure why I still support them. The last time was a week ago when they charged me the incorrect prices and claimed that they had accidentally loaded their botany's store prices onto their Albany stores cash register. Before that they allays charge the incorrect amount. Not a particular person but 3-4 different people and give incorrect change. They also never give receipts until you ask! Wont go back again. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very elderly male worker treated me like was going to steal something? Is that because I'm a male pacific islander? I've been there twice and he's treated me the same way giving dirty looks and serving others before me. Go to the other SA store in Henderson. They're more polite and friendly and have better tasting biltong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 10am on Sunday (as per opening hours) and the shop was closed. Decided to wait a while cause we needed something specifically. Eventually the staff showe up at 10:15, went inside and texted a bit. Opened the door at 10:20 for us, a few people, waiting outside.
