★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of fakes and counterfiet products. Everything here is on AliExpress for a fraction of their prices.
When questioned, all you get is the classic "that's your problem" answer. Do not support these guys, counterfeits and stealing other artists' work is the reason the anime industry is struggling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here looking for help to find some pop vinyls. Asked the person at the reception and she basically told me to look at the shelves myself. Asked for a specific product but she was more interested in her phone. Would never go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my daughters Christmas presents online on the 30th of November..... no communication at all in regards to delay......sent email message, Facebook message and then called. Got told everything will be shipped within 48 hours.... it's now a week later again and still no presents. I will have a very unhappy child this Christmas. Do not order online as your items will NEVER arrive. Not happy. Not recommended

Store clerk guy is nice.
HOWEVER, the owner is doing some shady business. Selling counterfeit demon slayer products, then being given a cash refund (as they know they are breaking copyright laws), and being told it is up to me to question whether the product is legit. I would recommend you save your money and time, buy from a trusted shop that cares about their customers and a store that does not rip off from creators.
I have sent an email but no official apology from management, there is no number to contact stores directly (shady) .. yes I got a refund, but having to travel back to the store is time-consuming...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like a nice store when you walk in unfortunately as a collector I was able to quickly see a lot of bootleg products specifically the figures.
Those counterfeit figures they are selling are at full price and passing them off as legitimate.
Would be a nice place to get "little" things but not if you aren't aware how to pick up on bootleg products or if you're buying a gift for someone else. Overall, very dishonest, shady store, plus rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is great, it is very colourful and pleasing to the eye, I have bought a few things, like pillows and keychains from there. The staff is very friendly, and showed amazing customer service skills. I visit this store every single time I am in newmarket mall, which is at least once a week. I highly recommend visiting this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like a majority of the products here, I come here time to time with friends to purchase mystery bags or figures. One thing I don't like though is how the staff hide the fact some of their merch is fake. The model kits (at least now, before I remember seeing fakes), statues and most of the plushies ate legit, though their cushions, mystery bag items and clothing are def fakes. Now here's the thing, if they said they were fakes I personally wouldn't mind. I enjoy a product even if its not legit, as long as it's related to a media I like I'm happy, but looking through these reviews I dislike how the owner refutes any claim of the merch being fake as "fake reviewers". These people have a legitimate reason to complain, like I said before I don't care if a product is fake or not, I like it, but other people dislike that of course, they feel conned. So for the owner to lash out and blame them feels rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to animehouse branch in Manukau, this is more spacious and has lots of anime stuff! (Ghibli items though is not available YET). Staff name "Chance" (hope i spelled that right) was knowledgeable with their products, had a talk about some favourite anime characters my husband and I love!
There is still a lot of improvement that this store can offer, from the way it was set up to more items they can sell. Reasonable price for the items, go and visit them some time!
