She was very busy with customers but made sure to check on everyone in the fitting rooms, get different sizes when needed, and keep a lovely, friendly attitude throughout. I've been in the shop twice and have had wonderful customer service each time. Thank you for another great experience :)

The store was immaculate and easy to navigate, making it very easy to shop. I will definitely return when I need another wardrobe update and will happily recommend the store and brand to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in a few times, the place is either understaffed or if there are a few staff on they are so engrossed in chatting to each other they don't even say hello at all whilst you're in the store. No hello when you arrive, no goodbye when you leave. Learn a thing or two from the team at Country Road as they get it right everytime from a customer service perspective.Money spent elsewhere i'm afraid. Disappointing.
