β β β β β Staff just talking loudly across the room like there was no customers. Unpleasant. Tried on a dress but wanted another size - had two staff members telling me they didn't have it. Neither offered to find it in another store for me. Had to make calls myself. For 4 staff members working....very low service.

β β β β β This is less of a review for just jeans and more of a review for Crystal the Jean Genie. Best jeans shop assistant I've ever met in my life. Beyond helpful right from the moment I walked in with my family. New my size and fit at a glance. Ask for Crystal... or at least someone like her.

β β β β β Bought a just jeans denim sherpa jacket at the value of $150 and the stitching started falling apart within three weeks after being worn briefly only four times and never washed. Took it back to the shop on the fourth weekend after purchasing to be told there was nothing that could be done about a return or a refund. Do not buy the just jeans label of clothing it is absolutely going to fall apart on you very quickly. Will not purchase from just jeans again and recommend to anyone thinking of doing so, not to. Poor quality in house brand and customer service. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. 1 star is to generous.

β β β β β I returned a pair of Jeans I'd purchased online to the Just Jean's St Lukes store. They didn't fit as I'd like them to. The young man who set about helping me replace them, couldn't have been more helpful. After quite a few different pairs being tried. I'd found the pair that suited me most. They were more expensive. But they looked great.
