β β β β β Poor customer service. As a result, my daughter was ACCUSED of shoplifting, had security follow her in the mall, escort her through the mall back to the shop. NO APOLOGY when accusation was found false. Was told 'see it from our point of view', 'we are short staff'. Have worked in the industry and GLASSONS . . . you need more staff training. SORT IT OUT!!!

β β β β β Terrible customer service at this store! I was there on a quiet morning and was at the counter waiting to pay for my items. Two sales assistants were at the counter chatting away about something and didn't bother to acknowledge that I was ready to pay. I was almost going to put back the items and leave until one of them nudges the other to 'get back to work'. It's not the first time I've had poor service at this store. Sadly won't be back here.

β β β β β The interior of the shop is now look posh, and their staff members are friendly and helpful. My partner like the design and colour of one of their dress but the only shop that have her size is in Sylvia Park; one of the girl kept ringing that store for at least 5 times to help us reserve the dress for pick-up. Really happy with their service quality. Their clothes are of good quality.

β β β β β Lily and Jade were very helpful when I was looking for a specific blue top. They didnβt have it but they are getting it shipped to my house (at no extra cost!). I also came in just as they were closing too and they were so good about it. I always have lovely customer service here but today I really appreciated them going above and beyond!

β β β β β Is there a 10 stars option? Just got looked after this evening by assistant manager Bella. She gave me the best customer service I have ever had in my life! She whipped me up some incredible looks and I left feeling fantastic. Her and the rest of the girls in store. All amazing, lovely, genuine people. Love love love them.

β β β β β Worst store ever. Shopped here a year or so ago and was accused of stealing by the manager. Wasnβt true. She embarrassed me in front of everyone. Spoke to me disrespectfully and had guards follow me around the mall. I bought stuff from 3 other places. Why would I steal lol? No proof. No items found on me. She had to write me a long apology. I hoped it has improved but tbh horrible customers service β¦ never been so mistreated ever.
