★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst experience I ever had ,As working in a Hospitality industry for more than 12 years ,I am totally aware of what is the importance of customer Service in this Industry,and I really would like to give review to this place as 0 Star ,mainly because of the owner who provides horrible customer service,He was behaving so arrogant which was not tolerable for anyone as you are paying for what you get ,Food was ok ,must say staff on the floor looks alright but this working owner lacks the customer service in every way ,He must be missing Word POLITE and Manners in his dictionary,Will never go back to this place and advised our friends the same .
Every person have a different point of view ,This is based on the what we experience and couple of our other friends in the past ,we never thought of giving feedback before, but this time it was too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad when people use this forum to write one sided opinions when the owner takes all the risk to ensure customers/staff have a memorable and enjoyable experience. It's easy for ignorant people to leave damaging reviews. All my experiences at Kanteen and with the owner has been 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered buttermilk chicken, they gave me 4 pieces of chicken of popcorn size and charged me $18 . Over priced coffee sorry over priced everything. Tasteless , not good staff experience too. Never recommend this place . Coffix is way better than these guys .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would leave zero stars if I could. I had the worst experience in this cafe. The owner is very rude and dont know how to treat the customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY. My friend ordered her lunch and smoothie but he did not let us sit because i did not order anything and was eating my own salad becuase i was on dietary requirements. Worst experience i ever had in new zealand. Their coffee is nasty.The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse when you have people like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good coffee and food, friendly service and good atmosphere. Loved the Christmas decorations. The big screen with amazing photos is uplifting. Helpful to have a small clock in the corner of this screen too for keeping track of time without being obvious.
