★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquility @ it's finest! Beautifully nestled amongst the natural environment. Peacefully good vibes, affordable for all budgets, super clean and tidy grounds with georgous kauri slab tops in the bathrooms. Definately returning for a longer summer stay ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience camping with the Fams. Amazing service from Tracy and the team. Awesome clean facilities and great to hire the inflatable tyres for free ( small bond) to cruise around the stream on. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome spot, the staff are fantastic & very welcoming. We hired a tent for the weekend and wasn't disappointed just had to bring bedding...The amenities were great clean tidy and lots to explore, feeding the eels and seeing the glow worms very special ? definitely be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well deserving of it’s superior park top 10 rating.
Staff and very helpful and friendly.
The facilities are spotlessly clean and well equipped.
So much to see and do in the park grounds very well laid out with multiple sections surrounded by two rivers, for eel feeding, glow worm viewing at night and river activities. If your into star gazing amazing Bortle 1 skies. We have stayed twice once in peak Christmas and once off season and the pitches are well spaced and have some privacy.
There is also lots to see are do around the site and makes a excellent base for exploring the Kauri Coast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent my Easter holiday here. Great family atmosphere with the neighbors singing to a guitar, everybody is having a bbq so it smells amazing. Kids will love it here cause there's a lot of other kids that mostly play nice and a ton of stuff to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean top 10, there were lots for kids here, a great playground with 2 trampolines,
Zip line and good sized grassy area.
The Kauai tree park was relaxing, watch out for the eels in the river. I was bit by one, a little nibble but escaped, I had a little food on my finger, just a warning. It was entertaining though with the weather, we recommend the upper tier spots out of the catabatic winds there, tough on tents..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Lee family just love this place! The staff Tracey (and her whanau) and Faith are so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. As soon as we arrive, we feel right at home! The whole campsite is kept clean and maintained to a very high standard and we so appreciate the efforts to keep the place clean and tidy. This has fast become one of our favourite campsites to visit. Kudos to Tracey and her team for looking after the campsite so well. We will be back ??
