★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Nando’s on our friend’s recommendation. We ordered 8 ribs and couple of burgers, chips and drinks when order arrived i got confused by looking at the size of ribs, the taste was ok but ribs doesn’t looks like ribs and size is really small. Only recommend if got extra money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, went in for dine in and asked for table. This lady asked me if I have been to nandos before? I said yes and than she explained me that they have new system for ordering And I have to scan QR code on table and do it online instead at counter. Also she said that they don’t have chicken. So you must not order chicken. I asked do you have anything else except chicken. She explained I shouldn’t order too much because they might have only left with 2 chicken. At this point I had no idea what’s happening I asked if I could order at counter but she insisted to do it online. So I said ok I’ll do it online. And this online thing says restaurant can’t take this order. I asked another girl working in there about it. She said oh may be it’s because we don’t have chicken but later she said I’ll do it here at counter. I said what is happening? you guys told me to order online. She said I have to do it online but now I can do it here. I asked why didn’t you let me order at counter at first point. She said we are encouraging people to do it online. Staff just mucked me around for 15 minutes. I had leave without my food.
If you are not sure about system don’t encourage people to do it online not everyone is into technology! I have also realised restaurants service has gone down since new management. Sad I use to go there every month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great as alway, but the staff asked us to wear masks when entering the restaurant and also when for food, we did wear it but they didn’t wear it properly, as in what’s the point of wearing a mask when you don’t cover your nose. Definitely not going back to this Nando’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My burger bun was cold, didn't ask to see my passport, chip weren't cooked threw. Not good value and won't be coming back in a while. My son liked his 1/4 Chicken but salad average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two large fries with peri peri extra spicy but when I got the fries there was no peri peri on chips that you can see it in the picture what I uploaded, I understand the service is good but the food I got it it’s like you gave me the fries which was cooked one hour before I think as it was not even hot enough and when I asked for extra catch up the person denied and told us that you do not offer extra catch up for peri peri sauce this is the first time ever I faced this issue but when we dine in that time you offer a bottle of sauce I am regularly getting extra catch up of peri peri while order but today the person served me I don’t think it’s professional I guess he was new and behave very rude with us so tell him the treat the customer as you wanted to be treated but today I am really unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly cooked Chicken with the Coleslaw. Price was appropriate which I was surprised for a bit considering my first perspective of Nando’s was of luxury eating. The portion suits me even though I couldn’t necessarily clean the plate. Should’ve come more often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who served me with a smile the whole time. The atmosphere was light and happy
The food was cooked and served in a timely fashion. The food was presented beautifully and the chicken melted in your mouth with each bite. Would highly reccomend coming here. Great Food, Great Service!
