King & Queen Hotel Suites is New Plymouth's luxury boutique accommodation offering cutting edge architectural design, European interiors, magnificent views and secure off street parking. Conveniently located in the Arts and Cultural hub of New Plymouth, adjacent to the TSB Showplace and the new Len Lye Gallery. The King & Queen Hotel is within easy walking distance of the city's finest restaurants, hospitality facilities, retail precinct, coastal walkway and Puke Ariki, providing a unique accommodation experience.
If driving, King & Queen Hotel Suites main entrance is located at 41 Queen Street, immediately opposite the new Len Lye Gallery and Monica's Eatery.
If flying, a shuttle service can be arranged. Please speak to hotel staff when making your reservation and we will arrange this for you.
Reception hours are 7.00 am to 9.00 pm. If arriving outside of these hours please contact the hotel to arrange a late check in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of three stayed from Saturday 8th to Monday 10th, and since arriving the Receptionsts greet you and go above and beyond, eg, stored our bags behind the counter while our room was being cleaned, to, having buckets of ice delivered to our room. They house keepers accommodate without any issues. I've been to a lot of hotels and have never had this sort of high level service before. Definitely treated like a King. Mauriora!

the staff were wiling to go out of their way to make it easy for us to focus on our conference, even by going to get our subway order to save us the time of getting it (and we were quite willing to go get it ourselves)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful room, luxuriously comfortable bed, vouchers for local businesses (all of which are top shelf).
One little thing that I liked about our particular room is how the bag storage area / wardrobe is sort of tucked away to the side of the bed rather than right at the door or in the middle of the lounge where it would make things look messy. It was accessible and tidy.
