β β β β β Hate going to this place , had my
Blood test done in Papakura and it was nearly 5 tubes taken out but after few days had called from them they have not labeled properly and have to come for another one ,whereas the person who did labell properly infront of me asking all my details. Don't understand what they have done.Pathetic,cannot trust them again and go for another one . May be they did something else and not taking their blame. They should improve this and be alert because only the person knows how painful and weak they feel after taking out 5 tubes of blood and they calling for another 5 , this people can make u sick by doing this

β β β β β Andrea,the slickest operator ever in wielding blood test needle,through finely honed distraction technique,had the needle in,without even being aware it had happened. Needs to be promoted to trainer level !! Regards James

β β β β β I'm posting this under my son's name. But this place is superbly run. Mild wait..not too bad pretty straight forward process as I was able to easily figure it out for first time here. I really commend Lavita who is a flawless phlebotomist and I've worked in the acute setting for 14years alongside phlebs in the ward setting. Lavita was gentle...friendly and no muck around gal when it comes to getting blood! Something tells me she never misses a vein! Thank you Lavita and the lab tests team there at Papakura!! Keep up the great work!

β β β β β I went to this place with my mum to get her blood tested and one of the ladyβs there that was assisting us made a weird comment to my mum saying βyou had lunch?, with your husband?β And pointed and looked at me when there is clearly a big visible age difference between us. This was pretty uncomfortable for me and my mum, we immediately left. Next time think before you speak and donβt jump to conclusions.

β β β β β First blood test in 10 years & to be fair- i was terrified! This branch was very well set up & run for COVID19 L3. Very impressed with the cleanliness & how the system is run. I was made to feel welcome & comfortable. Although the lady who did my blood test didn't have much to say- she was friendly, well spoken & professional. She was confident with what she was doing & made me feel safe & at ease. I arrived at 10.00am on a Monday & the wait time was less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this branch.

β β β β β Most painless blood test ever today with Angela as my Phloebotomist. Lovely lady who told me she used to be a nurse. Her experience really shows. Furthermore , I probably waited less than 5 minutes to get seen.
