β β β β β Went in for a routine blood test after work approx. Tue 7:30am, and the Phlebotomist, short plumpish women was abrupt and unpleasant. Very disappointing, as I have been regularly attending this place for approx. 15 years.

β β β β β The staff are lovely but the place is seriously understaffed! I've come 3 times in the past week and have waited ages but have ended up leaving as you need about an hour set aside. 13 people in the waiting room pretty much constantly.

β β β β β Always, always, always late to open their doors at 7am. Donβt know why employees canβt start 5 mins early to ensure it opens ON TIME.

β β β β β Lovely friendly staff. Fast and efficient. It was super busy but they got through everyone quickly. Clean. Disabled access and parking close. It's inside a medical Centre and the entrance is difficult to find if you don't know Pukekohe well. Signage could be better outside to say Labtests is in that building.

β β β β β We had the happiest, most friendly lab technician, she was a good laugh and super professional and caring when someone blacked out. Great with my teenager and her friend. I really appreciated her.
