β β β β β Exceptional laser service in super clinic. Staff are friendly and made me feel so comfortable - I even took my pants off on the first date!
The laser machine for once was actually painless (unlike other lasers I have tried)
Highly recommend!

β β β β β Never ever do I leave negative reviews. But this just got to me. Prepaid for my hair removal treatment prior to covid. Already had two treatments.
Now require a CVC, still waiting on MOH to send through so showed my original card. Still not accepted. Thats cool, just refund me but said they don't due to change of mind. I didn't change my mind, you can't offer me the services as originally promised so who is breaching the contractual agreement because you have amended the policy?
Looks like I'll are you Katie at the at Dispute Tribunal.

β β β β β I had laser hair removal at this clinic, despite the clinic just opening I found the staff super professional and experienced. The service was respectful, personable and seamless. The therapist talked me through the whole process, what I can expect from the treatment and what kind of results I can expect. I felt like I was in safe hands. The treatment was efficient and they had a sale on, so super affordable. I can't wait to come back and continue my treatment program.
I am excited for the results and to see the team at Laser Clinics New Zealand Sylvia Park again.

β β β β β I had fillers done by Karen, excellent service, everything explained to me and first time I been to this clinic, used other clinics and was totally dissatisfied, Karen did an amazing job, I'm petrified of needles but felt at ease with Karen. I am super happy with my results, not showing off but I look super hot too ??? Than you Karen

Really unimpressed with the customer service provided and the way they handle their mistakes. If I can give a zero star I would.
On 17th of March I purchased a laser service for my full arm from the Laser Clinic website. My first session was booked on the 27th of March. Upon arrival of my first treatment the staff advised me that I had not paid for the treatment yet. I presented them my bank transaction history which showed the deduction from them. I was utterly disgusted when the staff member told me to email their IT department to resolve the issue, the issue which they caused! This is unacceptable and itβs not my responsibility as a customer to resolve their IT problem.
On the same day I booked for my next session which was the on the 24th of April. On the day when I arrived the staff member told me that my account had been deleted by a person named Darren and asked if I knew who Darren was. I have no idea who Darren is. So once again Laser Clinic Sylvia Park has made an error which caused my appointment for the day to be cancelled. Laser Clinic Sylvia Park has wasted so much of my time. What Iβm concerned about are my Personal information and account because I questioned the staff whether Darren worked at the clinic, staff member advised they have no idea who Darren is, and Darren was not one of their staff members. Laser Clinic Sylvia Park need to realIy pick up their game as this is not good enough. I want an answer as to why this keeps happening.

β β β β β I have been meaning to write this review for a while now ... I always have the best experience and time with all the lovely staff at LCNZ (Sylvia park) but the last few times i've visited have been such a pleasure.
I have previously brought a few people along with me to enjoy some of the services that the clinic offers and they all say pleasant things. The facials are great, the laser treatments are fantastic, and the service is the best!
Tyler always greets me with a smile from ear to ear that can be noticed even with her mask on. She has made me feel very comfortable in the most uncomfortable situations which is greatly appreciated. She is always so cheerful and willing to help (even during her lunch breaks!)

β β β β β I had my services done here with Tyler- she was absolutely incredible. Super attentive to me and my concerns, answered any and ALL questions I had. Made sure my tattoos were covered during the session as to not damage them. She checked in often to make sure the setting was okay and I was comfortable. She is an absolute sweetheart and the services that she provided me with were thorough and VERY well done. Absolutely a pleasure and by far THE BEST service I've received at any laser clinic. Would highly recommend receiving a service from her she is absolutely wonderful, super professional, SO kind and caring!!!

β β β β β First time booking any laser hair removal treatments and Iβm glad I chose this place! Itβs been a great experience so far - have been to my 4th visit now. The clinic is very welcoming when you first walk in and is seamlessly run. The staff are professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Tyler was very informative and attentive, explained the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. The procedure itself is super fast and surprisingly painless!
The place is new so itβs really clean and tidy. I bought my treatments when they had a sale on and it made it much more affordable. Highly recommend!
