★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service. I was building several mini figures for a gift. You have to search through bins looking for the pieces you want and there are no shopping baskets available or place up put the pieces while you search. So, I asked at the counter for a bag to hold the pieces while i search. The answer was no because I could be a shoplifter. Right, great. No other offer to help either (maybe next time offer to hold the pieces at the counter). Seriously, if your policy is not to give out bags, then learn to say so without implying your customers are criminals.
Edit 04/02/21 - Re: response from the owner. Way to completely miss the point of my review regarding your store's poor customer service! You have to wonder if this was a deliberate lack of response to my actual complaint or if this is just another sign that they really, really don't understand customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place to visit. Very friendly staff eager to lend a hand. They have a make your own character section with different pieces to pick from as well as pieces to make your own model. Cool date idea or time to spend with kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and sad. They only have the most expensive stuff, any toy shop will have far better choice.
The brick wall is a sad excuse for one. Always the same common (and mostly useless) parts.
They keep sending emails about promos but when you go and buy sadly everything is out of stock, even the very same day the promo came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting Lego shop where it stock plenty and varied lego set as well as lego pieces. A great place to brint your child and/or your inner-child in, and let it loose and find interesting lego set or pieces. Staff members tend to let you in peace.

Had a blast here and managed to pick up a really cool Porsche Lego set.
Felt like a kid being back here, brought back all the memories! Super friendly staff who were really attentive.
