★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist lady was so lovely to serve me after the 2 young ladies at the counter were so focused on rearranging stock instead of serving people. Also the ladies at the front of the store had exceptional customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an international visitor that attended the was an pharmacy today at approx 2.30pm after a long flight to Auckland. I had the hope
of purchasing some Lancome product. My friend and myself were shamed and taunted by the older lady on the make up counter with dark hair. She suggested that we were unable to test the product, labelled TESTER as it was an expensive product, presuming I couldn't purchase it I assume. Well I walked my Royale MasterCard to the next pharmacy where i was welcomed and purchased over $1500.00 in product. Teach your sales staff to be more polite in future and treat people with the dignity we all deserve. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst online experience I've had no communication on the status of my order no follow up. Quick to take the money but delivery the goods poor. They should not use the covid 19 as an excuse. You provide the option of online service then you should provide the goods in a timely manner or say on the website there might be delays to your service. They should not advertise and not provide the service thats false and misleading advertising.You would also think in this post Covid environment think that you would stepping up your efforts to win the people's hard earned cash. When there is less around to be spent. Such poor management structure to think that they are not living up to expectations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was this young indian or may be fiji indian girl face covered with make up at the counter right at the entrance where they have make up she was extremely rude and was not interested to help u at all I had my two young kids and as them being typical kids she could not stand them and literaly made my 6 year old son so scared with her rude behaviour. I then quickly purchased my make up and walked out. She needs to learn some good customer service people coming to your pharmcy are not getting the stuff for free but paying for it so be nice before they change their mind. I personally would not go there due to her bad behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy Me today products very low quality. Use resin comcentrate inside capsules- very deceiving. Life Pharmacy appears to be into profits not quality assurance or quality control of what they sell. The manager declined my return so I had to involve Green Cross Health who pwns some of the stores. Pathetic service to npt return a product that is hard to digest and causes health risks. .
