★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service so I took my money to Lighting Plus and had an amazing experience there. At Lighting Plus they told me they frequently have customers complaining about the bad service at lighting direct. Comforted but saddened to know I wasn’t alone.
Dear Owner, The fact that “The sale” was over and I could not get a discount was not the issue.
If I had a chance to explain privately you would understand. I do not want to publicly single out an employee. Please give me an email address so I can explain. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re: the reply you made to Julie Coward (my mother). She spent over 3 thousand dollars in your store. The girls at the front desk don't understand customer service. When people spend that kind of money, you find all different ways to go above and beyond to help them. All she wanted to do was exchange those items purchased (in addition to the 3 thousand already spent) for different ones (the items she wanted were even more expensive). The girls respond "we can't do that, it will mess up our stock". They just needed to have a little patience and help facilitate this. She didnt care about the discount. The girls were just very disrespectful and gave her attitude (condesending). You as the owner / manager should try and understand the situation, especially when someone has spent all that money. Sad others have had similar experiences.

Only 3 stars because they don't sell any repair products eg lampshade fittings.
You have to go to another store. Thought it would be helpful to stock some .
