★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line in drive-thru and watched 5 cars get served on the inside lane so jumped behind last car in line and placed order at window. Then pulled up to second window told to wait around the corner , we watched another 3 cars go out then we finally got order got home only to find out the to 2 combos had no chips VERY disappointing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOO SALTY AND HARD AND COLD , good burger but terrible fries. i'm sorry but ur just not cuttin it . unlike the rest im a true maccas fan , but u have put me off :( not happy btw ) I could of died and ice cream is in a block , its meant to be SOFT serve not hard block cream . this is no laughing matter , I would like to see change in the next few days .!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, friendly service food was good but McDonald's do false advertise having full cream milk. They only have trim and blue top neither of them are full cream they false advertise this at all McDs all the time. None of their milk states it is full cream that's because it's not so please stop telling people you use full cream milk when you don't. Here's a photo of actual full cream milk. Either stop false advertising or actually get in full cream milk.

Long Black could do with some improvements.
Not sure the best way to greet your customers at the front door is with the Push/Pull written in another language.
I'm all for learning new languages, but you can't just remove the English version, or else nobody is going to know what it's saying, and pull the door the wrong way.
