Joy was very professional, through, yet laid back. My experience today was definitely a 5 out of 5, well done wiseprepay. I wish other contact centres had such professional staff and we would all be happier contacting contact centres I’m sure. Thanks Joy it was a pleasure

I feel so comfortable ringing and enjoy the pleasure of hearing her voice an name when i ring.
Now all your workers are great however not to brag....Joy so deserves a pay rise she is an absolute asset to your work place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of speaking to Leslie who was so informative and helped me switch over in a breeze, she went over all the T&Cs and even explained how to login for a first time user as well as the process of switching over including time frame and giving me a breakdown of the billing! Gone are the days where you would receive this type of customer service and I'm so glad I got Leslie today as she has sorted everything out for me, she even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what was happening. GIVE THIS LADY A PAYRISE!! The best customer service received in such a long time THANK YOU LESLIE!!
