★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with the intention to purchase some earings for my mum this Christmas, but was disappointed when i was waiting for assistance for 15min when a assistant said that i would be with you next. I watched as she served 4 other customers helping them look and try on jewelry before coming to me. Was very disappointed with how she handled the situation. Ended up going to Pascoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used zip to purchase a ring which cost $574.00 and it was put on layby i have paid 287.00 i have 2 more payments of 143.50 i went to see them today and they do not have any records of any purchase made by me i was called out for being a liar and apparently I have never been there? I do have proof? And I think I will be seeking compensation!
