Millhouse medical centre made a lot of money and dont care cilents.
Business need t be fail (drop down clients) so they will learn about customer services.
I wouldn't recommend you to go here.
They do hav time but dont wanna take new clients lol

β β β β β This is a good medical practice. I liked Dr Aileen Wong Gp and also went to the osteopath Dr ghassan who was very good. The nurses too were very nice and gentle. Highly recommended practice kind with children too. I'm sad to have left as I moved to the south island.

β β β β β i really enjoyed my stay with Dr Richard James Coleman as he gave my sack a good look over for cancer. He always brought me to the bed for a check up and i felt really secure and safe when he was near. I wonder if ill meet his son or maybe grandson one day and hopefully they are just like him!

β β β β β This doctorβs office needs to get checked because theyβre struggling on all factors. These guys have poor communication skills, are old-fashioned, very unclear, terrible at follow ups and generally just needs a shake and wake up, I feel like theyβve fallen asleep and boy it shows. The way they run things effect the health and lives of their clients which they fail to see. I wouldnβt trust these folk to look after me and my familyβs health.

β β β β β Very very bad experience. I could not believe myself. I tried to enroll , sent all documents needed. was assured of appointment today after speaking to two receptionists, then said this doctor not available that day., so told them to change doctor and took one day off home to go see him. turned up to appointment and they said no one has made the appointment.. told them to cancel my enrollment. this is people's life we are dealing with here folks. had to give one start to submit this..

β β β β β Being a registered patient: apparently they are always booked. Wanted to take my 1 year old for a urgent checkup on Christmas Eve. All I got to hear was sorry cannot help you even though we were registered with them. Didnβt even try to at least check if anything urgently needed. Not registered with them anymore as this has happened multiple times now.

β β β β β I was registered with Millhouse a while ago however decided to move to a different provider due to worrisome service. It's been a few months since I've moved to my current provider when I recently received a notification that a GP at Millhouse, whom I have never consulted with, approved general surgery for me without phoning or making contact. How does taking the oath to practice medicine with integrity, humility, honesty and compassion equite to this doctor just clicking a button without due consideration for the patient.
