★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little ski field. There is a good mixture of green, blue, red and black runs. Most black runs are off piste which is good when the snow is good but can be quite hard / icy when it hasn’t snowed in a while. The views from the Mt are gorgeous! Lovely place to ski.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it here. Staff is ready to help though it was really busy in the season. Cafe couldn't really accommodate everyone though. We had our beginner lesson there on mt Hutt which was really a deal $399 for 4 days 8 lessons including all gears. The coach we had was rotated everyday but most of them are really good and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Trails are well groomed. It is the ski area with the most consistent snow and tend to open the earliest in the season. The new 8 seater chairlift is fantastic. This is the second season here and will probably come here again as long as kids at school are still keen during the mid year break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun time all round. Friendly staff who did a great job keeping things going smoothly every day. With all the lifts running, there is lots of fun terrain to explore and a couple of nice long runs with stunning views. Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice Mountain, just a bit small if you’re used to mountains outside of New Zealand, and the weather is seldom as good as you’d like it to be. Being this small means there is only 3 lifts, and as soon as the number of people rises, the queues get bigger as well. Friendly staff, night ski, best snow in the area, still make it one of the best mountains in New Zealand though.
