★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience here compared to their other locations. Worker at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. The chocolate frappe isn’t great and the toasted sandwich I got is dry and stale. Have previously had much better food and service in the other muffin breaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place.. Lovely niche corner joint.. Being in Westfield St. Lukes mall, no dearth for parking.. The food is awesome, portion sizes are really good, a large coffee is actually LARGE !! ? The pastries are terrific, yummy and literally melts in the mouth.. Children will love the choices.. Adequate seating.. We were a group of 6 but we all found seats.. Service is impeccable and prompt.. Cheerful place.. Great for hanging out while have sumptuous stuff.. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 80min drive from my place and I visit once every other month. Their cheese scones used to be perfect, I would crown it the best in NZ! You would find none in the cabinet after noon during the weekends. But since this year onwards, it's only half as good. Taste like a cheaper version of cheese is used instead, and only half the amount. I've noticed there's a change of hands at the baking corner, he might be the owner who's concern is at cutting costs, which is a shame. If the old recipe make a comeback, you'll definitely sell lots!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was just an off experince. Got my muffic and it was overcooked and hard. Ask the lady at counter for another one - was refused as "all the muffins came in today". No resolution offered.... just left standing with my hard muffin. Bad service.
