A history of innovation
Post Haste has been looking after New Zealand's courier needs for over 40 years now, beginning as Armourguard Security way back in 1977. We were one of the first courier companies to blaze a trail in New Zealand, and have been innovating since the 1970s. Since then, so much has changed, yet at our heart we remain the same – a Kiwi business with strong Kiwi values of doing it right by our customers.
The brand
In 2020 we made the decision to re-fresh the brand logo in an effort to not only refresh the image but to refresh our business attitude by investment in our customers, operations and innovation technology that supports both.
It is important that our brand reflects the major factors that influence our business and the pathway that has been created to achieve our goals.
The fern, an iconic symbol that represents our commitment to New Zealand business and the people that grow them. At Post Haste this two-tone fern with its soft edges is a reflection of our business approach. Kiwi centric, based on the strength of relationships between our customers and ourselves and the road we travel together.

β β β β β doesnβt do what it says on the boxβ¦. I had no choice to use post haste because it was a return parcel. over 6 weeks later no pick up, stopped replying to emails, absolutely useless in every definition possible. whoever works here should consider a different career path.

β β β β β Very confused as was expecting a parcel delivery then a card to call for the item was left from a different courier company, despite being home and an authority to leave in place. No ability to enter number from card to call online call centre closed.

β β β β β What a rubbish courier service. Over the past 2-3 months since lockdown started I have had to buy stuffs online and occasionally Post Haste is chosen as the provider. Of all the deliveries that had to be done by them, none of the packages arrived within 2 weeks since I got the tracking number! I also never recalled that those packages ever arrived without me waiting for 30-60mins on the phone line to get it sorted!
They always came with the same excuse that Covid disrupts their service and yes I understand that. The interesting part is why you allow your business being disrupted by Covid for months on end and you haven't had a solution for it? I honestly haven't seen similar issue happened to other courier services (not to your extend!) I am not blaming the people that work hard there sorting packages and delivering them, but I am blaming the management to allow this to happen! Get yourself sorted!
Note to potential seller/vendor: if you are with or thinking to deal with Post Haste, just don't! The cost that you might think you're saving by going with them have to be replaced by your time dealing with potentially angry customers asking for their goods!
For potential online shoppers: ask first make sure your seller is not using this service, honestly it does not worth your time!

β β β β β Got a phone call from PostHaste on Sunday (9/1) to confirm that they would be collecting a parcel from me on Monday (10/1).
5 days later I am STILL WAITING for my parcel to be collected. I have called them 3 times this week and the parcel is still sitting outside my front door waiting to be collected.
Terrible service! AVOID PostHaste if possible.

β β β β β I wanted to give it a negative rating but that's not an option. I've a parcel in transit for more than 10 days with still no idea where the parcel is. I've just been asked to call different branches between Tauranga and Auckland by various representatives. No one has a clue about the location of the parcel or when it can be delivered. Pathetic is a complement for their service.

β β β β β Extremely disappointed with Post Haste. This is my first time giving a bad review to any company, Iβm so upset.
They do not call or text before delivery. Their phone number does not work.
They do respond to emails but donβt solve the issue.
They just drop a card in mailbox even if we are home all day. Then when I pay for redelivery, they donβt deliver parcel. After one week and an other complaint they just respond βwe tried and you were not at home and we wonβt deliver it againβ, although no card left this time, so if I donβt contact them I will never know, and will just keep waiting for them. We are home all day, every day!
Do NOT bother posting stuff with this company if you want it to be delivered.

β β β β β Unbelievably incompetent and slow. This is the second time I have had the misfortune of dealing with Post Haste. Same scenario: they come, they leave a card, I go online to book a redelivery... and then I wait ... and wait ... and send emails to the so called customer services who assure me they have lodged a query for another redelivery ... and I wait again ... and wait ... Unfortunately, when ordering online, one doesn't get the option to choose the courrier because I would avoid Post Haste at all costs. What excuse for their uselessness will they come up with once COVID is history? I wonder.

β β β β β Itβs been 2 full weeks and still not delivered. Iβve called them twice and twice they said thereβs been a mix up with the couriers and theyβll put a note or something out to make sure it gets with the right courier driver. I live inner west Auckland.. how difficult is it to get a driver to deliver? Office hours say theyβre open Sat mornings when you click on find your βlocal branchβ, but theyβre not. 2nd time this has happened. Easier to pick up myself, which Iβll tell the company I ordered from.
