Last two orders I have been waiting over a week each just for the package to be collected. No answer to emails. I now know what the name pass the parcel means now - Although it should be "past the parcel", as in we drive past it.

Cannot get through to Customer Service - phone lines not active. Told to email. 15 days I've been waiting for a collection. Still waiting. Happy to take your money, but don't actually want to provide a service. Deserve 0 stars.

I’d never heard of Pass the Parcel couriers until I bought a item off TradeMe & received a email from Pass the Parcel containing the URL link to track my parcel. It was 5 working days after their email before they picked up the package although they had told the seller on day 2 that they were confident their driver would collect it that day. 4 more working days later I had called twice over those days as they said they had passed my info onto the west Auckland depot to find any information on my parcel and had no updates until finally I a day or so later it arrived. By then the Seller had emailed to apologise for the delay though it wasn’t his fault and had refunded me my money saying I could have the item for free, very kind of him. They need to fix the way they operate as clearly by their reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to. Not impressed and now I will ask any TradeMe seller before buying if they use pass the parcel before purchasing because I do not want them being in charge of delivering my packages ever again

I wish I had read the reviews before assuming that their standard was maintained when I used them for TradeMe Parcels quite a number of years ago. Very unfortunately I booked and paid for a parcel to be picked up a month ahead of Christmas. Parcel remained uncollected within a 2 week period. First email was sent when the parcel was still sitting on my doorstep in the evening of the scheduled pickup. A reply came saying they could not locate the driver but they will attempt to contact them and reschecule for pick up. That never happened. I emailed again a couple of times but no replies this time. I followed up with a phone call with 40+ minutes wait on the phone. Call centre was apologetic but I decided to cancel service and request a refund instead. Was told the refund runs on a weekly cycle and the next refund cycle would be a couple of days before Christmas. Xmas and New Year came and went. No sign of refund, and emails remain unreplied. It seems I am not the only victim here. WIll contact Commerce Commission before more people are being scammed.

Mostly an easy experience. Ordering the postage bags for free helps a lot. However, after registering the package on the website for pick up, it wasn't picked up that day (24hrs). I went on the website to look for the nearest drop-off depot, called the number for the depot. They picked it up and almost straight away (1hr later). delivery from S.Isl to N.Isl was completed the next day.

I can’t believe how long and how many calls and emails it takes to get a package picked up from your address?!!?!! Cannot trust them anymore to pick up. Was great to have free courier bags delivered to use but what’s the point if you don’t come back to pick up packages ?

Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. No one ever follows up emails, literally been trying to ask them where a lost package is, and no one seems to care or even acknowledge my emails. Please do yourself a favour and use any other courier - it's guaranteed to be better than this lazy excuse for a company!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Every experience I have with this company is shocking. Within Auckland deliveries seem to take longer than 10 days which is shocking. Customer service act like they help you and say they’ve requested updates but never actually get back to you with updates. I have to constantly chase them to find my parcel. Absolutely shocking.
