β β β β β ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, THEY have a driver that i have made a complaint to the police for his violent behavior, assaulting me. strangling me on the main road. i sent email not even a reply, not professional at all if you have any courier that is required DONT use now. i would never recommend them. this will be dealt with by the NZ POLICE

β β β β β I am shocked at how terrible this company and services are. How could these couriers still even be in business if they can't even get a single thing right especially with this many extremely negative reviews. I was sent a package a week ago on a Tuesday 4/2/20. I emailed the sender after 3 days on Friday 7/2/20 who contacted the courier and was told it was taken to the wrong place (out west while I live out south and there arenβt similar addresses) and that it would be sent that day or on Saturday at the latest and nothing came. At this point it was becoming urgent and it was just a small package in a central location. It is now the following Monday 10/2/20 and there is still nothing. I was told it would be delivered at midday yet its a while after and I am still waiting. Extremely pathetic to call yourselves a courier service. This isn't the first time I have had trouble receiving a parcel from this courier. I have tried to email but of course had zero response. Very disgraceful. EDIT: Very late update but needed to add how they only got worse. So the courier told my sender that it would be delivered on the Monday, a full week after it was first sent. Somehow they failed delivery TWICE because they took it out west for no reason while my address is out south. After waiting a while my parcel finally arrived! But it only arrived because they decided not to deliver it and handed it to their βsisterβ company Post Haste who donβt deliver the type of parcels that mine was (just a freaking invitation proof) and thankfully a very nice lady who worked for the company and lived near the address personally delivered it on her own time. So if it wasnβt for her I would have never at any point got my parcel. Itβs laughable now but holy hell how can you you fail so bad in every way.

β β β β β Very poor service I complain about my package which was put far away from my front door Nd put almost outside which is totally unsafe.
When I complained about it they tell me someone will call me and sort out but no response from last 6 days.
And honestly it's very poor customer service and response.

β β β β β Wish I could give zero... been 8 days now they have had a parcel of ours, stated it was out for delivery last Friday when the status hasn't changed to 'out for delivery'. No calling card left... Let's be serious it hasn't even been out for delivery.
Phoned their penrose office. The girl who answered didn't have half a brain cell... Just speaking in slang like 'yeah'nah', genuinely thought I was gonna get called 'bro' at one point. She basically said she can't locate the package, it might be at their Captain Springs Depot, it might not. It might be in their Wiri depot, it might not. It could even be in Papakura Depot, might not.
She's sending an email to the depots... Said she will call me back, but I'm thinking 'might not'.

β β β β β Terrible communication and delivery service! Firstly it was sent to a wrong driver, then they are supposed to follow up and call me back but they didn't. No one is responding me about my complaints.
This courier company should have been closed down by now and no one is supposed to let them take care of your package!
If the manager or owner or any desicion maker of this company is not getting back to me today before 5pm, I will boost the whole social media with this information. Employees, better start finding a new job before your workplace got bankrupt! Preparation is always the best solution!

β β β β β Don't bother using signature required for delivery with this company, the courier driver will just sign for it themselves and leave it wherever. They won't even knock on the door. The only good was that it was delivered within a few days of pick-up.

β β β β β Have recently been unfortunate enough to have 2 parcels delivered by Now Couriers - both from Auckland to Wellington which took 8 days each to arrive. Followed up with customer services for the first one and have yet to have a response even after the package was finally delivered. I have previosly had another package which took almost 3 weeks to arrive, again nothing from customer services until everything had been delivered.
Main points to note:
- Delivery times are terrible. Well aware we are in the midst of a pandemic but if NZ Post can get delivery right surely a courier service can
- Customer service - you'll be lucky to hear back and if you do it will be weeks later
- Tracking is a waste of time as there are no regular updates, status doesnt update even when the package is finally delivered.
For me they dont tick any of the boxes i want from a courier service, delivery takes too long, customer service is poor and tracking is very unreliable.
It's a shame one of my go to online retailers have started using this company, so unfortunatly for them i will no longer be ordering anything from them.

β β β β β If they are happy to park illegally in a designated mobility park without the necessary permit outside a MEDICAL CENTRE, heaven only knows what they do with your packages.
My advice is to avoid them at all costs!
