★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't leave a bad review..but I wish i could give them zero if i can. Their delivery system is a total failure. They sent a console unit without a small part which they are asking me what part is missing. How can i know which part is missing when you are the maker of this product. Not me!!
And their customer service system is even worse. Never responded to my email. All they ever done is sending me a txt in once every for 4weeks.
Stay away from this company you will get a lot of stress while spending thousands of dollars.

There should be a zero-star rating as a company like this deserves it.
Here's THE FACT. I got ripped off and they provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I bought this furniture 3 weeks ago and the salesperson told me that the November sale is the biggest in a year and I will be happy to find out the price next month because it will go up. That is why I purchased the product on that day because I believed in what he said.
Then I checked the price on a website right before the delivery and the price of that furniture went down from $1590 to $890 in just 3 weeks.
I brought up this issue to them and they just told me that's just the company’s price policy so they can’t do anything about it. They weren't even sorry about it and their attitude toward the customer was like ‘sue me’ ‘do whatever you want cause we don’t care’.
They even fiddled the star rating as NEHAL who gave five stars below is the manager of this store.
I deeply regret for not taking the advice from others here. Please shop elsewhere for your mental health.

Husband and I walked into the store today, prepared to buy a couch for 5k. The sales experience is so bad, that even though they’re the only ones selling the couch we want, we decided to not spend our money in this terrible shop. We rather buy a couch that we don’t even like, than spend a penny at this store. They even have the audacity to sell a store demo couch on clearance, that you cannot take for at least 6 weeks - meanwhile everyone gets to rub their bums on the couch until their replacement arrives from OZ. Their customer service model is: ‘take it or leave it’ and I think I’ll leave it at that.

We already sent some photos as a prove to your head-office on the 25th Feb 2022, also sent the prove to your Wairau store on the 6th of Mar 2022!!!
But no response at all!

We pre-order a Ceres table on 1/25/22 and they delivered to my house on 28/2. Shocking that the stand legs were not sized to fit the table top and the delivery man damaged our brand new wood stairs! So unprofessional! ! !
Even more disappointing, no one has contacted us since. No after sales service at all! ! !
We had to call the head office with proof, went to the store twice...it took three weeks to get the table right! But the manager said he couldn't help us sort out the damaged stairs because it's the courier company! ! !
Feeling so helpless!!!
What a terrible trade experience we had with the Nick Scali!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does have good stylish furniture that I like. Regrettably their reviews are in so many ways appalling. This company must be losing a lot of trade. I for one would not make a purchase with the kind of reviews they are getting. My advice to this company is that they should completly review their attitude to their customers complaints and treat them with respect.

Terrible service terrible delivery and the mess that was left behind.Marketed as a premium furniture company just to give bad customer service and terrible delivery experience. My parents had their furniture delivered and big boxes left outside and in the house for them to dispose of as the delivery people don’t take their rubbish with them. Plus all the rubbish that was left all over the house! Placing the under the couch on packaging. Such an effort for both my elderly parents to do then spend hours cleaning your mess! We also paid you 3 days prior and your driver came in asking for money! Maybe suggest you communicate with your drivers. Plus not even taking their shoes to come into the house! Not impressed at all. We waited 6 months for the products to come! Don’t buy from this terrible company. Worst company ever!
