β β β β β Staff and service at Sylvia Park is great but I want to share my bad experience with online.
I am aware these guys are separate of what is going on online but I still want to write it here so you wont get upset as I did.
I made an order end of November (Cyber sale) and I haven't received it for a nearly month. It was very hard to get tracking details working, customer service didn't pick up phone call, didn't reply to my emails - nothing. I went to guys in Sylvia and they have tried as much as they could even though it is two separate 'businesses'. After some time I successfully received a respond and tracking and eventually my order.
It was very nice from UA they have apologized in the email and they offered me a 50% refund for my inconveniences - unfortunately this refund never came into my account and of course, no response from customer service.
Very bad !!!!
My reccomedation - shop with the store and definitely avoid online.

β β β β β It is a nice store. Nice and neat display. My son and I went in to select a hoodie. Good selection. Reasonably helpful staff. Under armour has become a very popular sport brand recently. I think it can be as competitive to Nike or adidas from the last few years. The store is on the new second level expanded Sylvia park mall.
