They listen and respond will bubbly attitudes that help you enjoy your experience at TAF. In store you can tell that they help each other and have strong team leadership, always communicating with customers and each other in store. The girls are lovely and the guy is also kind and helpful! Overall amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Athlete’s Foot in Newmarket Westfield on Boxing Day 8 mins left to closing time. Justin L help me and asked what I need and after the foot scan check, he brought 2 pairs which both fit me perfectly. I have never experienced any shoes fit me so well in my life. I was amazed. He and his team was so friendly and kind with great knowledge and I am so happy I walked in to this store for the first time. The Athlete’s foot store will be my go to for any sneakers purchase from now on. Very much recommended. (I wrote to the different store comments section only because I couldn’t find the Newmarket store on google map)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience with this store. Sonia was very friendly and enthusiastic in delivering customer service, guided me using the 3D scan which accurately measures my feet size. She also recommended a few other shoes that suits me and also allow me time to consider. Though I didn't buy any shoes in the end, she was still very professional. I will return again to shop. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shoes, but unfortunately was short staffed at least on the day I was there. We had to wait half an hour for one of the two service personnel to address their first words to us. And we had to ask for even the basic service of measuring the foot size (rather than relying on "I usually wear a size 8") even after informing that this was our first visit.
