★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant under staffed. Steak was cold. Young guy with us forgot ID but would not accept Covid passport as proof of age. A little bit of common sense would have been nice. Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 2 nights this week. Nice new feeling hotel...only about 5 years old. Staff, cleanliness, comfort, noise and food, all excellent. The only comment would be the dinner menu could have a little more choice. Nice house wines. High class for a provincial hotel. 4 star plus easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed a night and had problem getting the EV charger to charge our car. There is only 1 parking lot reserved for EV car and its been reserved the whole day for 1 customer, eventhough he left for dinner, the spot is still reserved for him. Not a fair treatment given we and other EV car owners are also customer. Given a 5 star hotel, they should expect a lot of their customers will be EV car owners. There are 2 more spots available with home charging plugs but the parking lots are not reserved for EV cars. So non EV cars were park there. Poor experience and dissapointed with the carpark arrangement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was RUBBISH. Food was nice but it should have been as we paid for it to be special on Valentines day.
Waiters had no idea at all.
Reaching over me when I was unaware he was even there to get my plate and he should have taken it from the other side was the last straw..
Had to say something.
Have they not been taught the simple rules and manners of service.
I expected alot more than Cop and Co service.
Can't even use the excuse they were rushed. Alot of standing around going on and empty tables.
Sorry guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay, the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed on the mountain side of the hotel, we couldn't see much because of the louvers over the windows which made it a bit to dark. I don't know what the reason for the louvers but it would make the stay so much better with a bit of a view of the rangers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice modern hotel, accessible parking, clean, modern and functional room. But...we had a studio room and it appears that all studio rooms in this hotel have timber boards across 75% of the windows - apparently to protect the privacy of the neighbouring residents. The outcome is that the room is a bit like a cave. We were really disappointed - a room with no view of anything but timber boards and a bit of sky. The room itself was good, as was the hotel, but not a great place to relax and enjoy the outlook.
