★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke with Hynda (store manager) who was not very helpful when the store only sold us 1 shoe. She accepted they shouldve checked but were too busy to arrange a courier or someone to drop it to our house. The shoes was for a special occasion. Very disappointed in the service from this store and we would like others to check the right products are in the box as they won't and won't go out of their way to fix it.

Called up earlier in the day to have a pair of shoes put aside for me, later arrived just on closing time (due to traffic) and the ladies were more then patient and happy to help with anything I asked even though by the time I left it was 15 min after closing time. Lacy went out of her way to help and all the staff were cherry and smiling :) refreshing to know there is great service out there still !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate issue this one. Ordered on the 16th August. Had to raise a case on the 30th of August as not been delivered (Was at the end of the day to be fair).
Following it being raised, did have a quick reply. But really disappointed that it took a further 8 days before another item was dispatched to me. As an essential worker, needing an essential item during this time, really unhappy.
Even offered to pay extra for delivery, which was rejected. Had 2 weeks of walking around with a hole in my shoe... (Maybe I should have more than one pair next time anyway!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit disappointed, I was looking for some beach shoes for my toddler and came across a special for $9, but in-store collection was $7.50 BUT if I buy the $18 pair the in-store collection is free? I do not understand that. I will rather pay in full for the shoes somewhere else.
