★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfectly adequate, rooms are nice. The housekeeping situation is a bit strange though. Firstly, we had to pay extra for it, which we did. But the housekeepers cleaned our bathroom and replaced towels etc (even though we left them hanging to be re-used), but they didn't make up the bed. I had to call reception to ask them to come back.
Also, the car park is VERY tight. Don't park there unless you have a small car, or you don't mind getting it scratched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our third stay here, we love the location. The first two stays have been great but this time we woke up with bites all over us and the shower was cold. I was grateful the receptionist didn't charge for our breakfast because of the shower issue. Oak and Vine's food is delicious. But the itchy bites from the bed not so enticing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom and bed were fantastic. The windowless box (yes no windows was totally black without light) and the sounds of the lifts going all night were not. They also had no restaurant due to staffing issues. Yes I understand but you have to understand this was meant to be a treat for us and was not. Gutted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
My partner and I stayed here for two nights over a weekend , and were not impressed . Part of the curtain was ripped off the hinges , and the bathroom was dirty , with toothpaste spit marks all down the side of the sink , there was no extractor fan in the bathroom so it all steamed up, and it smelt like urine . When we mentioned it to reception , they didn’t seem to care , and then a cleaner came up and aggressively wiped the sink . No offer of another room , and did not seem like they cared at all. For about $250 a night we would have been better off staying in a hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a little worried about staying in an internal room with no window but I think I prefer the no window. The Aircon was awesome on such a hot few days in wellington and the no windows meant sleep ins as it was nice and dark.
Our rooms didn't get cleaned at all during our 2 night stay but I'm unsure if it was meant to as it stated limited housekeeping.
The beds were super comfy and pillows were like resting your head on a cloud.
All in all a pleasant stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service, loved the central location and the most comfortable bed ever. The bathroom was a huge let down as when turning light on it lit the whole motel room up and bathroom was barely private as frosted glass only covered half way down glass which is entire bathroom walls. Parking was a tight squeeze but do able. Clean and comfortable, would stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, well appointed and freshly renovated rooms. Not a lot of other amenities, and a very quiet restaurant. Feel more like serviced apartments, so if you’re looking for the whole hotel experience perhaps consider another place. Otherwise, the excellent rooms and location are a winning formula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality & the staff were friendly. The studio apartment on the top level 9 with a great view & got balcony was awesome. The room was huge & the bed was comfy.
We went to Oak & Vine restaurant was absolutely lovely. Very modern & very quiet which we loved. The food was superb & we throughly enjoyed it. Love the cocktail with your name on it. Highly recommended for dinner & breakfast. Can’t wait to have lunch next time. We will be back.
