β β β β β Carolyn is a wonderful host! We used the OB retreat for team workshop days and it was the perfect spot for this. Carolyn went out of her way to juggle around other bookings to fit us in, and offered solutions which were beyond my expectations. The house is lovely, warm, it has everything you need and a beautiful vibe about it! Esspecially love all the clear descriptions and guidelines on things like bins/recycling/kitchen things which saves you from guessing! Thanks so much for the stay, we hope to be back!

β β β β β What a great place to stay when visiting Wellington. we were a family of 10 guests. The house had plenty of room for everyone both privately and communialy. Great location close to town and all the amenities. A lovely view of the harbour, parking, private front patio and a safe area. The hosts were lovely to deal with, helpful and respectful of our space. The house is well presented with modern facilities and a high standard of cleanliness. The bedding and bathroom linen was of a high grade. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when visiting Wellington.

β β β β β Excellent experience at the OB Retreat! Our host Carolyn is very approachable, understanding and always went out of her way to give us the best stay away from our home in Auckland. Very informative manual and a great amount of kitchen amenities and bathroom products. Nice spacious home for a big group. Our young people loved the lounge and dining area view of Oriental Bay and made sure to take as many pictures as possible. Very close to the CBD, pools and Te Papa Museum. Would definitely use OB Retreat again in the future!

β β β β β Carolyn at OB Retreat was flexable, responsive, accomodating and understanding. I made and changed my booking 4 times due to Covid-19 then had to finally cancel. Carolyn provided a full refund despite all the changes I had made. Unfortunately we did not get to Stay at the Beautiful OB Retreat so I cannot comment on the house itself. However the location on the waterfront was going to be perfect walking distance to CBD and waterfront activities. The size was going to be great for holiday entertaining and shared meals. I hope we get to stay soon, -Thank you Carolyn.

β β β β β Wow! O.B retreat really is a beautiful place to stay. My 5 sister's and I had a girls weekend there recently and everything you needed was there. Firstly, the view across the harbor is amazing. The place is immaculate. The two bathrooms are drool worthy, so nice! Lovely big rooms and the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. Carolyn was lovely, and gave us a great recommendation for a Thai delivery to our accomodation too. We are coming back again next year!!!! Highly recommend this βββββ
