★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Omni tech botany. I go there often for screen protectors but today when I went and asked for a clear glass screen protector they gave me one with an all blacks symbol on it. I like the all blacks but I don’t want it on my phone! And without any promotions saying that the screen protectors had rugby symbols on them I found very rude. Also when they gave me my phone back I asked them if I could get a new screen protector without an all blacks symbol (since I wasn’t told that it was going to have the symbol on it until they handed it back to me ) they bluntly said no and that they don’t sell plain ones when I had clearly gotten clear ones many times before. Thumbs down for customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 phone cases and paid for them. Then decided to get a screen protector as well. The girl then tried to charge us for the cases again. We said we paid for them and showed her the receipt with the eftpos accepted payment as part of the printed receipt. She would not accept that the payment went through from that. We had to prove that the payment had come fron our bank account before she would hand the phone over and take payment for the screen. We spent over a hundred dollars yesterday but we will not be going back there. Very poor customer experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a battery replacement here few days ago.
Before I went there, I sent an email to check the price from their website.
The battery replacement costs $50. However, when I asked the woman stuff there, she told me it costs $80. I don't understand why the price are different.
Anyway she gave me discount in the end, but the story finish yet.
Although the new battery is working good but they didn't stick it property, so when I hold my phone I could feel something loose inside.
Not really perfect service but cheap.
