★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I purchased screen guard for my mobile. After, 2 months it started coming off from the edge. I went to the shop with invoice for replacement. The cunning guy over the counter while examining the glass cover, did a tiny crack on my screen. Thereafter, refused to replace as it was cracked. whereas, there was not a single crack before i went to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Te awa store for a screen protector and the representative named Simarjeet attended so nicely and also helped me in choosing my phone cover as they have a variety of phone covers that I have never seen on anywhere especially the all blacks series. Loved it and will recommend to others. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have complaint that I have given my I phone 8 plus in tech point on 24/6/2021 that was broken from screen but working good. But when we got it back then sensor wasn’t working and also speaker and mike was quite damaged . And there an Indian boy he said before that when we put screen we don’t open the phone but when we told him that we have friend who is working in same company he said we need to open it then he get embarrassed and said yes I have opened it. But the worst thing he did not accept his fault It was very bad experience as he damaged my phone. Hope you solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took phone in to get screen replaced, got it sent away, they said done in 2 days and for a good price, went back everyday of the week for 2 weeks to ask if phone has come back, got given a phone they thought was mine, they didn't know where my phone was.
Finally got phone back, no sim card, had to buy new sim. Had to pay 40 dollars more than was quoted.
Not using this tech repair again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest company that doesn't rectify repair issues and uses subpar parts.
They replaced my work phone battery with an inferior product that lasts less than half a day. After the repair the phone screen started going blank with lines across it. I returned it as soon as I could (required temp work phone as it needed to be sent away).
They refused to repair the screen saying it was a separate issue. I tried to talk to a supervisor and they where always away, no email confirmations and dishonest about their comms when talking to my IT team. STAY CLEAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever shop here. Their service is terrible. Cheap quality products. Got a screen protector came off in a few weeks. Lady was really rude and when she replaced the screen protector she did a very bad job.
