★ ★ ★ ★ ★ talking about car parks for ppl with very limited mobility , i used to be a patient at hall st which was ok,then the shift to basin reserve so ceos flat upstairs could watch cricket n no car parks,sucks for me had to find new dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavily pregnant and disabled and they tell me to come into the clinic to then tell me at the clinic that they won’t accept me. Questions like those could of been done over the phone. Seriously disappointed, she wanted to find a reason to not take me on. Shame as I heard good reviews on the practise and I have a lot of complex medical issues that I thought they could help with.
