★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked forward to a professional cut for my son, he asked for short back and sides with some length at the top but he was given an all over shave, it was ugly and I could have done the same cut with my own cutters which was the reason my son requested a proper cut, we travelled from Tokoroa especially to cut his hair, very disappointed

She was new and only been in the Saloon for 3 months and just has finished her studies at Waiariki institute of Technology. If I own that saloon I wouldn't Roster someone on who is new During school Holidays . The saloon was busy and she was really nervous . After all she was a lovely lady and did the best she could under pressure. The owner of that saloon needs to take some responsibility for this feedback. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haircut for myself and my young son. Poor quality as the lady was still learning. $47 for 2 badly done cuts Charged a surcharge too as it was a public holiday. . Don't think she understood what I was asking for in our haircuts. Wont be in a hurry to go back.

Thay got rude & unexperienced staff working at this branch. Professionalism is so far from them. Today the lady did my haircut she can't even speak proper English and her attitude was up through the sky without any knowledge of haircut. The owner of this branch should give more training to there staff members and must teach them some communication skills to continue the business.
Highly Not recommending anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for haircut and it turns out be a nightmare for me as the lady messed my hairs. I think she didn't even understand what I said. Really disappointed with the outcome and have to pay 30$ for that!!!

Thanks to CARL who did my haircut every sundays i already had two sundays with car and its really good entertaining costumer he actually met your request perfectly the past few weeks i came in this shop i litterally dont want the lady who made my haircut she couldn't even understand. But when i met carl i always decided to come sundays to met him and make my hair cut. Thank you carl you did a great job always?
