★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.. just ordered a pizza that was shown with all these toppings but when we actually get it I really needed a microscope to find those toppings. Common pizza hut stop ripping people off. Need to really train your employees.
Never gonna go back there. Pizza was so dull, lacking, base hard as rock.. ended up throwing after 1 slice. See the pics of what you show and what you deliver.. huge gap in there... wasted my $10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their app ordering steps are quite cryptic, I had to use it so many times before I got to under how to make an order. The staff is keen to serve but could be a little more customer friendly especially during busy period as that's what it's like with fast food. They could be more consistent in their ingredients per serve as there are repeated instance where the pizza look pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Regular size veggie hot and crispy add on chicken. They gave us a large pizza instead , it was alright , my wife is pregnant she ordered for her self. The chicken pieces were soggy, was looking like the whole pizza was undercooked instead she asked them to make it well cook .We tried ti get back to them but they didnot listened and started blaming us rather than sorting it out. The guy on the front and the lady in her casuals working in the store was so rude and rough which was unacceptable. We never had a this bad experience ever.
