★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the quality. We have been buying pizzas from here for a while now and noticed the quality has dropped overtime. But this time it was unexpected and took us by surprise. Do they not have quality checks in place? The pizza was burnt on one side!!

Also I saw the workers touching the dirty bins while handling the food. Because of this, me and my family do not eat food from here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday 18th December. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, delivery didnt arrive for an hour after estimated delivery time. Called numerous times during this hour, no one picked up the phone. So I fed my kids then went to the branch, they were closing and my order was still sitting there as if they forgot about it. The person i spoke with offered to refund my order which I accepted as a goodwill gesture.
The order was never refunded. No contact to apologise or any further correspondence.
Deeply disappointed and frustrated by the service and conduct from this branch.
Will not order from Pizza Hutt again as a result of this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm.. this store has always been good but recently they don’t set the correct expectation in terms of pickup times. We order online because we don’t want to wait. So why give a pick up time if you can’t have it ready on that said time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good years ago, but not now. Bought 2 on the weekend, one is the New York range. There is not the little plastic centre holder, lots of cheese sticks on the lid. When I open the pizza box, the disgusting image was shocking. The other pizza is hard but not hot. The base is not baked well, so it is wet and tastes raw. Terrible experience. Definitely never buy from Takanini branch any more.
