β β β β β Brilliant service who provide excellent day care services to my two pet dogs.
The staff are very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and I am grateful for their advice I am aware now how I am reinforcing bad habits. Every staff member are genuine care people who are animal lovers and I am blessed to have found QPS Qualified Pet Services.

β β β β β This company will provide free services in exchange or locking your animals up in cages.
This review will be my judgement as a customer. I took my dog for 1 day in the doggy daycare service this company provides. I wanted her to interact with other dogs because she's can be nervous and I thought 'qualified pet services' would be a perfect opportunity. What a complete joke. When I picked up my dog I asked the staff how she was with other dogs. Considering this facebook page has images of dogs interacting with each other in cages outside alone, its pretty substantial to assume the dogs would get the chance to interact. I was told "the dogs have a gap in between each other". Implying, my dog as well as all of the other dogs, are locked in separate cages for their "playtime". If they even have a playtime. Not only do the dogs sit in cages all day, but I just walked out and didn't pay a cent. I didn't get a single call or notice or text about the missing payment. So thats good I guess, this company provides an absolute free service for doggy daycare, for locking your dogs in cages in the hot summer sun all day, 7 days a week. I would never recommend this company for any services whatsoever. The only thing great about this company is that its absolutely free or cheap as is.

β β β β β The staff are very friendly and have looked after our Tibetan mastiff well since he was young pup. I recommend them to anyone especially when u need a last minute service for your dogs if u have to go away for the day or night. They are very reliable.
5 stars to the team.

β β β β β This place is amazing. I just popped in completely unannounced and they took my dog in for a couple of days no problem. I changed my booking dates several times over the Christmas period, again with no hassle whatsoever...never being made to feel like I was a nuisance at all. The team here really care about their customers both animal and human. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Fantastic work! QPS was extremely helpful in bringing my dog to NZ from Hawai'i. They were always available to help, and answered all my questions. They sent me photo updates, and helped guide me through the import documents. My dog did lose a lot of weight in quarantine, but I think that is just because of anxiety. They even tried mixing in tinned meat with her food! Extremely considerate and hardworking people, I couldn't recommend them more. A+++++

β β β β β Today my four Maltese pups were released from their mandatory 10days of quarantine after their import from Dubai. The care & compassion shown by the QPS staff was heartwarming. They were highly professional as well as sympathetic to my many concerns. I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you all - my pups are now getting to know what its like to run free on grass. ?

β β β β β My beloved cat "Martin" arrived from Korea and stayed here for 2 weeks. QPS was not our first choice but the original quarantine had an overbooking of some sort and they recommended this quarantine instead. I chose PetHaven quarantine as my first option because the rooms were not see-through so the cats had privacy unlike in pet haven where the walls were see-through. This stressed out Martin even more because he does not react well in the presence of new people and new cats. The facilities were a bit old and rusty but nevertheless, we were allowed to visit Martin the day he arrived which was lovely and he came back home healthy and happy!

β β β β β I would never have a show dog go through these facilities again. I had a run in with one of the staff over what water containers the dogs could drink out of and they insisted on water bowls so my white show dogs arrived at my place with staining all over their faces, (this does not come off).They cut the long hair in various places of the dogs bodies leaving one unshowable. I was not allowed to come and groom the dogs myself for the entire stay they were there. They were the most expensive out of all the quarantine facilities. These people maybe good with pets but warning do not leave them with show dogs especially ones with long hair.
