β β β β β If you are staying in a motorhome then there is no lake view, but it is a great place to be. Close to many of the to-do things in Queenstown. Customer service is very good , even the after hours one.

β β β β β It's very clear that they don't want people tenting here. Never have we felt less welcome anywhere The kitchen and dining area was grimy and there was nothing to clean things with usless you paid to rent a tea towel and dish cloth. So many basics were missing like a freezer, washing baskets and pegs. The elements barely boiled water and the shower/toilet block is miles from sites at the Southern end. Hopeless for older people or children needing to use the toilet during the night They could well afford to rent a second block to put at that end over the busy period. No one policed the noise at night. It was truly awful!!! Worse than living in a zoo. Kids doing donuts on bikes at 11pm, people playing loud movies till midnight, cars driving past our tent at all hours. We stayed for 4 nights and got next to no sleep. If we could have found a site elsewhere we would have packed up and left. Everyone was complaining. Most people bwe spoke to believe they want to discourage people from returning so they can justify closing the park down and building apartments. It's already surrounded by a massive construction site. If that's their goal, then it worked. We won't be back again, that's for sure.

β β β β β The location of the park is top notch if you want direct access to Queenstown central. Very neat bathrooms and kitchen area. The camping and caravan area has been created with campervans being the target customer, so dont expect much in regards to campsite sizes and space for kids to run around.

β β β β β Excellent location for our golf group of 15. Short walk down the hill into town, rooms tidy, great general kitchen area. No issues at all.

β β β β β Family of 24. We absolutely loved this place. Location is A+. Very tidy and clean accommodations. Used the self service laundry and did not disappoint. Highly recommended. Close to everything - walking distance to town, gondola & luge. We stayed in Febfor aprx 6 days so summer time.

β β β β β Cabins were spacious and clean and had everything you possibly needed. In a great location, close to everything.
Perfect for large groups. We had a large family booking of 24 adults and kids, from 67 to 4 yrs old. Had to postpone a couple of times due to lockdowns, but staff were so helpful during the whole process. Definately using them again on our next trip down to Queenstown.

β β β β β Nice place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of EVERYTHING just minutes walk away. Beautiful views from the balcony! Staff awesomely friendly and knowledgeable of activities to do. A star removed because we were placed in an upstairs room even with a 2yr old on our booking form. A little bit scary, thankfully he was more interested in playing with the latch to keep the door open than pushing chairs to the edge and having a look

β β β β β Great location, easy walk down into town. Tent sites are good size, kitchen and dining facilities good, clean and spacious. Laundry room is awesome, good to see newer machines. Staff that I encountered were friendly, but seemed under the pump, on check in only one person was there and she needed to close the reception to help someone. More staff would have stopped having to close reception at a busy check in time. Overall not a bad spot to stay
