★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say...dealing with Cathy Huang from Raywhite Howick has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. She doesn't return any calls, emails or text messages. Martin her husband does the inspection but nothing ever gets done about anything..he takes photo's and makes notes but that's it. We have lived in an absolute nightmare at Griggs Road, East tamaki and the owner was well aware of all the issues but nothing has ever been done. We paid our rent on time, passed each inspection but Cathy who was the property manager never took the time to reply or get back to us regarding serious issues at the property which we had to live in for almost two years. I will never deal with Raywhite Howick ever again and thank god I don't have to any longer as we moved. Cathy is incompetent, and doesn't do her job. The branch manager has been well aware of all the issues as I have cc'd him in on all the emails but never received one call from him. Terrible property manager and thanks for making our lives a nightmare the passed 2 years!!!!!!
