★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. My 3 year old absolutely hated and was terrified from haircuts. I just took him once to sharing shed his so much more comfortable with haircuts now. Very quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worts service I had in my life. The person cutting my hair gave me three cuts in my neck because the person was so rough.
Did not clean any access hair if me after the cut. Just ripped the cover off and walked away.
Disappointing service.
Won't see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son for a hair cut today, the result was the worst he has ever had. Completely a mess, the edge was choppy, fringe were cut crooked. I would have done it better job then the hairdresser. I felt not worth to argue and waste time as I was in a hurry. Just say that lady's hair cut skill needed a lot improvement. Would not be going back there, nor recommend anyone to go there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down worst haircut I have ever had. Had a 2021 resolution to grow my hair, spent over three months letting it grow so repeatedly told the lady not to cut the top. She cuts the top after being told more than five times not to and then does a hack job trying to fix it. Also asked for a fade, there was no fade to be seen just an undercut. Spent $32 on this and then spent another $30 and another hour waiting for someone else to fix it.
Now am left back where I started three months ago having lost the majority of thee lgth I so desperately told the lady not to touch.

now i’ll be wearing a hat non stop for at least a month!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today the lady at Botany butchered my child’s hair! I was in tears. It was all over the place, uneven and terrible. I went to another hair dressers straight after to fix it and they thought I had done it at home it was so bad!!!!! NEVER GO TO SHARING SHED BOTANY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give my haircut a 0 star I would, the guy that works here took about half an hour to cut my hair how I wanted it too look which only normally takes 5 mins by anyone else here. Wish I had just gone to the grooming cave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an older Korean hairdresser who had butchered my hair. She had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetent, arrogance, grumpy, and bullish. From the time I walked in to the salon until she finished cutting my hair, she did not lifted her lips to smile. I showed her a picture of what my hair looked like, she snapped " I can't see". I had to remind her several time I would like my hair layered, yet she continued to blunt cut. By the time she started layering, it was too short. Each time, she picked my hair to layered, she hit the comb hard onto my head . After a couple times, I was sure it was no accident, I yelled and tell her she's hurting me. Without an apology, she moved on to next one, this time more gentler because I had called her action out. I hated the experience having my hair cut from that woman. She obviously did not like her job, she should quit, to make room for other happier hairdressers who will enjoy their job. My advice, avoid that older Korean woman at all cost. Just look at how she left my hair at end to go home with and you would be terrified.
