★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never walk in to another Repco after todays experience. Walked in to the Porirua store ready to make a large purchase. Unfortunately, not one of the five staff members who were having a good yarn at the counter bothered to serve me in the five minutes I was there. Funnily enough, a pakeha, middle-aged man walks in and almost all five staff members jump to ask him if he needs help. Now I’m not one to make a fuss, but I questioned the staff and they said I didn’t look like I needed help. Disgusting racial profiling by Repco Porirua - you should be ashamed!

I took back a faulty part that was purchased 5 days ago and she put up every obstacle possible to be totally unhelpful. I have been shopping at Repco Porirua for 30+ years, but never again - all over a $40.00 part. I will be doing my automotive shopping at SuperCheap Porirua from now on.

The Repco manager has responded to my complaint in a timely and constructive manner. I satisfied he has taken appropriate action and I am happy the situation has been resolved
