★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order machine doesn't work most of time. Took 15 minutes to place an you order as front staff are attending one customer then doing other work.
Ordered large fries got regular, wasted 25 mintues in total to just get a meal.
Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im sitting in my car waiting while my son is waiting for our order to be completed. Its probably the longest ive ever waited for food from a fast food shop. Ive been served quicker in a restaurant. Ridiculous!!

And the staff need to learn to wear their face mask correctly i.e. over their nose instead of under the nose.
Downgraded to one star. One burger was squished and another was missing the cheese and bacon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always dirty food is yuck service appalling. Need more counters to serve people. Staff need to be happy being at work and actually look like they want to be there. Need a cleaner at all times to wipe table, sweep and mop. Sad considering they just did a Reno to this place. Staff need to go Masterton BK to see how to run a successful franchise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is great. They have nice people working here. It just takes SO LONG for orders. Between 30-45mins on average. And they almost always miss something. But prices are cheap and service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer at Burger King Porirua, all i can say is i’m not too happy with the service and manager professionalism. I watched one of the managers carrying cigarettes around before walking outside during busy hours to smoke one next to number one shoes instead of helping staff with heavy rush hours, disgusting.
As for customer service I am quite satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in for a quick bite...I just had a drink, my sister had a burger with chips. Did the job... very nice. Bonus, that you can have unlimited drink, which was awesome. Cheers
