β β β β β I needed a few items for the bicycle -- including hard to purchase online items like full length mudguards due to compatibility concerns. Amid the Delta Lockdown 3 and the spring rush of cycling commerce I found shop rep. Jared to be quite friendly, thorough, and patient helping with my online pick-up and further contactless shopping needs. During this interraction I also met the owner, Karl and though he was busy with other tasks, made the effort to say hello, surveyed the items I was working with, and volunteered several helpful suggestions. These guys also shared local tips and cycling routes as I am new to the area. This is my first visit to Rouleur Cycles and fourth attempt at connecting with a local Auckland bike shop. As a 20+ yr casual cyclist, I rolled away a content customer and will not hesitate to contact them again when the need arises. They are detail oriented. They don't have time for BS. And their passion for cycling shows. Thank you, All. Cheers.

β β β β β Absolutely poor service! I had 29" wheels and they sold me 700C which isn't correct size tyres and tube for the wheels. While the purchase was from some time ago I came back with the product unused with the packaging and they still removed themselves from any liability to refund. Who I assume is the owner/manager the tall skinny guy could see the situation escalating but must of felt calling them out for poor service wasn't important enough for him to do anything about... But all this isn't so bad in the end, I can see the good in the bad. I went to EVO cycles and they sorted me on the spot and replaced everything at a good price and gave me discount on gloves and accessories after my horror story. They're friendly and helpful, and I'm looking to upgrade to a full suspension MTB now.

β β β β β Excellent service, was able to purchase my new bike in lockdown, the team advised what type of bike would best suit my needs, and took care of the entire process. It was built based on my measurements and was near perfect, followed by the odd tweak post lockdown. Great selections for accessories and clothing, have found Karl and Jared very helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Went out of their way to source me a new wheelset to match my needs and get me back on the road before the holidays, repairs always spot on and very timely. They've made space for me to drop off and pick up my bike out of hours even which is honestly a lifesaver when you're a commuter on shift work! Bike running smooth as butter after service and repairs too.

He made me feel welcome from the beginning and took the time to make the changes on my bike that were needed and explained every step. He also gave me many tips how to ride my bike efficiently and even had some nutritional tips for me. Definitely worth the time and money. And he also connected me with a triathlon coach. I definitely will be back soon for my service. Thanks Karl you are doing an amazing job.

I also really like the transparency when servicing my bike, price and changes are made 100% clear.
